Delivery Time

Somewhere between 8 – 14 business days.

We collect multiple orders at a time to keep our price low. We mail them out in bulk every Wednesday from Hong Kong to Johnston, Iowa. This takes about 5 business days.

Once the products reach Iowa, they will then be mailed out through domestic USPS mail services.

If you want shorter delivery time, please plan on placing the order by Tuesday afternoon each week.

Estimated delivery time = N days (time between order is placed and order is shipped from HK) + 5 business days (HK to US) + 1 business day (turn-around in Iowa) + 2 to 3 business days (domestic mail)

For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday:

1 + 5 + 1 + (2 to 3) = 9 to 10 business days

Or if you place your order on a Wednesday (missing that week's shipment from Hong Kong):

5 + 5 + 1 + (2 to 3) = 13 to 14 business days

Note: For special cases, we are willing to mail orders directly from Hong Kong to you for urgent delivery. Shipping fee will be more expensive and buyer will have to cover the extra fees but it will shorten the delivery time to approximately 5-6 business days. Please contact us for more information.
