Change or Cancel of Your Order

We will try our best to work with you if there is a need to change your order, but we do not guarantee that changes can be made for sure.

If you want to cancel your order, we will try to work with you as much as we can. We may be able to refund your money if the order has not been shipped out from our Hong Kong store, there is no guarantee that refund will be granted. Once the order has been shipped from Hong Kong, we will not issue a refund if you want to cancel.

Special Request

We try our best to work with you to meet your needs. If you have any special request or needs, please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do. However, we reserve the right to refuse or reject any request or order.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

We make sure all products being shipped out are in the best quality and condition. We do not issue any refund if products are damaged during shipping.  

We do not accept any return or exchange. Please make sure you give us the correct size if you are purchasing shoes.

Privacy Protection

We only use your name and email address to keep track of orders. We will not share any of your information with others. 

We will only ask for your mailing address and/or phone number when the purchase is finalized and in-person delivery or shipping method is confirmed.

Please DO NOT include your personal information such as your social security number, credit card number, or bank account information in your email communications to us. All electronic transaction should be made through PayPal. We will never ask for your social security number, credit card number or bank account information.

For your protection, if you ever receive any email claimed to be sent from Chrisanda Style that looks suspicious, please DO NOT respond as they are very likely spammers and contact us immediately.
